Terms of Use
Last updated: 17 October 2026
By using easypaycalculator.com.au you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Nature of the service
EasyPayCalc is a free estimation tool for Australian pay and tax. It is not tax, financial, or legal advice, and using it does not create any adviser-client relationship. For advice on your personal circumstances, consult a registered tax agent or the ATO.
2. Accuracy
Calculations are based on published ATO rates and thresholds for the selected tax year. Your actual tax outcome may differ. The calculator does not account for individual circumstances such as deductions, offsets beyond LITO, investment income, private health insurance, or multiple jobs. Rates may also change after publication.
3. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from financial decisions made in reliance on results from this site. Results are estimates provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
4. Intellectual property
The content, design, and code of this site are © 2026 EasyPayCalc unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission. ATO rates and thresholds are public information.
5. Advertising and affiliate links
This site carries advertising beside the calculators and guides, and that is how it pays for itself. Advertisers have no say over any figure a calculator produces or anything a guide says.
There are no affiliate links on the site at present. If we add one later, the link will be labelled as an affiliate link where it appears, and we may earn a commission if you buy through it. A commission will not change a calculator result, the order in which anything is listed, or how a guide describes a product.
6. Links to other sites
Calculator and guide pages link to official sources such as the ATO, the Fair Work Ombudsman and the Reserve Bank of Australia, so you can check a figure where it was published. Those sites are run by others. We do not control what they say or whether they stay online, and a page there may move or change after we last looked at it. Each calculator and guide shows the date its sources were last checked.
7. Changes to the service
We may update tax rates, add or remove features, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
